Why did they change goku's fighting style from "defensive and counter attack",from android to cell arc,to full offensive fighting style starting from buu saga onwards?
I liked goku's character, fighting style and technique in the android saga(uptill ending of cell saga). He also had a very impressive battle instincts and was depicted as a wise optimistic person.
Why did they remove all of this starting from buu saga and made him look like mini version of vegeta?Goku was potrayed like a dumb and clumsy person.why?

All I can really say is what fighting style?

I just think it has more to do with what Toriyama thought about the series. Without a transformation, Goku had to be devious in his techniques. With a transformation, he could simply start losing against someone, but then suddenly and willfully reach a new level of power.

Cell and Goku were more or less even, but Goku was also fighting for fun. He had no intention of actually defeating Cell, and he was using his fight with Cell as an exhibition match for Gohan to study.
With Boo, it was different. And he couldn't be in SSj3 for long, so he needed to get the job done quickly.

Not disagreeing with you, Goku was showing Gohan the ropes with that fight but after awhile Goku was actually trying to win. He didn't think he could but he was trying. That IT Kamehameha was definitely intended to defeat Cell. That was more or less confirmed by Piccolo and Cell. That aside Ketchupis is right, by the time DBZ came around the series was less about martial arts skill and more about battle power thus technique wasn't all that important. All the fights pretty much looked the same, no fighting style was really unique anymore.

Indeed, Goku did try his best against Cell, but he didn't expect to win, and because of this, he wasn't trying to.

In the anime, Goku kept fighting after he blew Cell's head off, but that was filler. In the manga, he quit right after Cell regenerated.

Even when the manga mostly took inspiration from martial arts movies, the characters barely had defined styles. It's possible to notice a slight hint of agressiveness or defensiveness on certain characters, but most of the times the only thing that differentiates them are their special ki techniques and powers. As far as hand-to-hand combat goes, everything looks almost the same.

Not true.

I read the Manga, Goku kept fighting. The only problem was that Cell stomped him the rest of the match. Goku did pull off the ki barrage, but Cell blocked it

I honestly don't think he changed so much. Like already mentioned, he was training Gohan and fighting Cell to who him how Cell fights. He didn't have to this in the Boo arc, so he changed the style back to what he used to be Pre-Z.
