Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z, and One Piece	This is a big stomp stomp for Goku. At Movie 7 he was about equal to where he was at the Cell Games, which was equal to Perfect Cell, so adding the power of a Spirit Bomb will make it a stomp in Goku's favor.

I don't know about that. I believe the 7th Daizenshuu states somewhere that Android 16 (not including Cell) as the strongest android and Semi Perfect Cell wrecked him.

All we know about that Spirit Bomb is that it had enough energy to decimate SA13 to the point that it's safe to assume that it disintegrates everything in the Android Saga.
