It's weird how Killa was the one they chose to dub as a moron when he was one of the most normal persons in that Budokai. They seemed to have no trouble making Otokoshki gay in the final world tournament, even though it's obvious that he was considering he got paired up with Trunks and he was winking at him.

Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	Just adding to this, I'm pretty sure that Killa was supposed to be based on a young Smokin' Joe Frazier (even the name seems to be a play on the Thrilla in Manila). I'd say Balrog is a possibility for Toriyama's inspiration, but he actually looks a heck of a lot like a young Joe Frazier, which is why I tended to go that way (plus the name "Killa" as opposed to "Thrilla", but who knows). It sure seemed like the English VA was going for Smokin' Joe, though.
