Can posters please have the power to edit their own topic title?

 Some people like me forget to double check for things before we post them. and then after it happens, we can't go back and edit them anymore cause it says "no permission to access topic title edit." Can someone please reverse that around?

 Tim, there's a poll I created in the Dragon Ball GT/Movie section, and there are spaces in between the choices of the answers.. could you please remove them for me?
