Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	I'd say Master Li wins then, Goku's Kamehame Wave didn't even destroy the car, and before that Goku didn't have anything going for him except his skills, strength, and speed, also the Power Pole. So if he used his staff as well then he'd probably win, but I'm more incline with Li winning overall.
