Piccolo and 17 was practically at the same level and 17 says this: Chapter: 368 (DBZ 174), P14.3 Context: after fighting merged Piccolo for a long time No.17: “Heh. Even if our power is on par, it looks like a gap is starting to open up between our stamina…My energy is infinite, and never falls…” You can put Goku above or below Piccolo, doesn't matter. Goku will lose in the end. He would need the Genki Dama.

Google Chrome	Goku wins. The IT Kamehameha works miracles against an idiot like 17. Goku is also able to take on Cell with some success, debatabely one of the most skilled melee fighters in DBZ. Goku fights 17 in melee for a while before using the IT Kamehameha to combo him.

Posts: 2,542 Group: Member Member #8,475 Joined: October 27, 2012	I believe Goku's advantage in skill would make up for 17's advantage in stamina, giving him the victory... as long as Goku doesn't waste his Instant-Kamehameha on an energy shielded 17...

Cell had no way of knowing that Goku could combo IT and Kamehameha together

He was caught by surprise... as I'm saying 17 would have to be for Goku to be victorious. Otherwise it will simply become a battle of endurance that 17 will emerge victorious from.

Mozilla Firefox	17 wins due to constant stamina unless Toei holds this fight, in which case just swap Bojack with 17 and SSJ2 Gohan with Goku.
