Google Chrome	Chakravartin from Asura's Wrath vs Superman(Post Crisis). Chakravartin does have magic, but it seems to be limited to creation and time stopping, his destructive attacks were more the lines of planet shattering punches and creating ~~asteroids~~ to throw at people EDIT: He was actually tossing stars at Asura, not asteroids Edited by lazerbem, Mar 1 2014, 04:43 PM.

I could have sworn it did Anyway, Chakravartin stomps in retrospect. I made this thread while my memory as hazy and then decided to replay the game. Asura could shatter planets by punching them and yet Chakravartin was stopping those punches with just one finger. Chakravartin then transforms and begins stopping time, creating pocket dimensions, and creating energy constructs.
