What are some upcoming big budget Hollywood films that you're either excited about, not entirely interested in, or dreading the release of entirely? |

Only ones I care about are Captain America and Guardians of the Galaxy. I am curious about Batman vs Superman but I'm not expecting anything spectacular. |

Quite excited about the new Captain America, I don't really like the character and thought the first movie was just super average but the new one looks a lot more interesting(though where the hell are the Avengers...) Spoiler: click to toggle Guess we should use spoilers for talking about stuff in trailers in case people want to keep stuff a mystery. (though you'll probably get spoiled anyway if you go on the internet ever) X-Men: Days of Future Past and The Amazing Spider Man 2 I'm most excited for by far, Godzilla kind of but keeping skeptical. The new Hercules movie looks rubbish imo. Didn't know there was another Tarzan movie coming out, monkey boy saving the world apparently... |

All I've found is a stage production, not a movie. |

Huh, no its an animated movie but it's from 2013, October in Russia only just being released in cinemas in the UK...ok then. Not really on topic but the movie industry should really look in to making movies released worldwide on the same day or near enough, you shouldn't have to wait 2 months after a movie is released in America or Europe to watch it which is common in Australia I think. By the end of those 2 months either it's going to be spoiled or you'll just illegally download it anyway to save the wait plus it's free, piracy hurts the industry but with that they don't really help themselves do they. Obviously for various reasons there could be 2 or 3 day differences in release times but over like 2 weeks is ridiculous. |

That is true. I can't think of many good reasons why film releases are so far apart in different countries. This isn't the 1920s where film reels have to be transported across the ocean by a ship. The biggest reason would be that they want to censor the film first. But how long would that really take? |

And they could just do that before the worldwide release so it's good to go. It would definitely help a lot, if you have to wait weeks to watch a movie everyone on the internet is raving about and all of your friends have downloaded too why don't you as well? Whereas if it was in your area right away you and your friends could make a day of it and go see it together without the spoilers and whatnot. Hopefully it will become a reality at some point since there's no reason it shouldn't be now. |

Not really an avid film fan, but I'm pretty hyped for Godzilla and Guardians Of The Galaxy. The new 300 sequel/prequel/whatever it is looks like it could be quite good too, since I enjoyed the first one a lot. |

The Amazing Spider Man 2, X-Men: Days of Future Past, Godzilla and Guardians of the Galaxy. That's all I am looking forward to watching this year. There are some other movies I will probably watch, but those are the only ones I can say I am excited for.

Trailer for Transformers: It's not looking too bad, I doubt it will have the impact the first did but it should be okay. So it's set years later after the Transformers become unnecessary, I wonder what Optimus will have to say about that since he was all for protecting the humans and now they're against them. The Dinobots are looking cool but wtf, Optimus just casually knocks Grimrock over? If he's that weak why even bother. I want to see some more big Transformers like Devastator not big space ships or whatever is going on there. |

This is basically my list, except I'd add F&F7. I'm not at all interested in Guardians of the Galaxy or Captain America (the only superheroes out of the Avengers bunch that interest me are Hulk and Iron Man). |

Not really a blockbuster, but as a long time fan of the strip, this got me pretty excited. I hope they do a good job with the characters instead of turning it into a generic cash-grab movie.
