Naruto doesn't compare to people who's BP reach 1,000. Much truth in these statements. However, I'd be putting Naruto above 1,000 for his teleportation speeds. If you read the latest chapters (don't worry no spoilers) they say he can reach one place to another (several 100 feet) instantly with "body flicker" and was earlier compared to teleportation with just his cloak speed. I think Raditz would just have too much trouble trying to get in a hit on him. Naruto should have what it takes to eventually wear him out. As for on topic since this is shippuden, I still say Naruto wins. He's a handful himself at this point with durability levels higher than what's been shown BoDB. Yamcha's wolf fang fist was capable of sending Goku flying and destroying multiple boulders. However, if it was Current Naruto, 23rd TB Yamcha is needed to take that Naruto down.
