He's weak compared to the super humans we know like Tien, Yamcha, Krillin but compared to normal humans, he's stronger and he does have marital arts skill behind all the gimmicks he pulls. In the anime at least, he pulled 4 buses and broke 15 tiles with a single chop.

Hercule: I am not sure what all he has under his belt except ring wrestling. Ring wrestling is staged, right? He even has a stage name to go along with that. So perhaps his WWZ wrestling would cancel out Brock Lesnar's WWE wrestling. Brock Lesnar: I know that he competed in collegiate college wrestling, he's a National Champion, as well as a couple time All--American. This is only National-wise, though. Brock also competed in UFC and in WWE, which is supposed to cancel out with Hercule's staged wrestling since it is staged as well. With all of that being said, I think Brock Lesnar could take Hercule since he has more background of mixed martial arts than Hercule does. Brock Lesnar: Collegiate College Wrestling, UFC (whatever mixed martial arts he studied), and WWE Hercule: WWZ, Weaker Competition at the World's Martial Arts Tournaments. Unless Hercule has more background and experience of fighting: I don't see him taking Brock. Not in this fight kind of fight where skill, experience, and mentality makes all of the difference. Obviously I'm not counting any of the ridiculous crap Mark pulled in the anime when I make that claim. We've legitimately seen Lesnar bench and press hundreds of pounds, and we've seen him fight legitimate people in UFC. Mark has beaten people we don't know anything about, and busted a stack of concrete tiles. I'm not sure when he's ever performed peak human or superhuman feats, canonically.
