He's more powerful than Master Roshi who destroyed a mountain back at the beginning of Dragon Ball without his full effort. Roshi kept getting more powerful since that time, and he is still weaker than Goku. Goku is faster too. He's much much much faster than Krillin, who back in the 21st BT fought a whole fight of punching, defending, kicking, getting kicked, and getting up in 0.2 seconds. Also post-21st TB, Roshi caught a full clip from a machine gun point blank range with no effort, and while not even using his strongest form.

Does that help him at all?
