Anything move that isn't related to their powered up forms can be used so Rasengan and Chidori are ok

Base current Sasuke is way more experienced than base current Naruto. Sasuke's Taijutsu is way more refined as well. Plus with his sword it would be simple to eradicate a bunshin in a snap.

Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	I'd give it to Sasuke, though to defend Naruto, if his wind jutsu is stronger than the fire one then it will cancel it out instead. That said, Naruto could probably equal him in ninjutsu, but taijutsu is a different story.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	So Naruto doesn't get to use any of the Kyuubi's powers but he still has his regular amount of chakra right? (since we don't know how much he would have without it) In that case Naruto should win this since he can make hundreds or thousands of clones, Sasuke has way better Taijutsu but he'd need Sharingan to take them all out. Especially if Naruto pulled a move like he did on Kakuzu and used clones to distract Sasuke while he made a Rasenshuriken. Sasuke is stronger, faster and smarter but Naruto I'd say is more resourceful and obviously has more chakra.

Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	Yeah the W:RS can easily take him out, though it's a double edge sword without Sage or Kyuubi, including Tailed beast modes, because his chakra control though improve, he still lacks individual mastery.

I say Saskue was more dependent on the sharingan than Naruto was dependent on sage mode etc., so I'll give it to him.

Since he became one of top strongest shinobi, as well as fastest, he became slightly more arrogant and overconfident as Itachi told him before.

Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	Well if you're talking current Naruto and Sasuke(err, not quite current if you know what I mean) I'm pretty sure Naruto can use Rasenshuriken without having to hold it in base his side training of it while learning Sage Mode was his mastering of it not that SM was needed to throw it. So by now just throw it or use a clone to smash it in to Sasuke since he couldn't tell if it was a clone or not really. The only way I see Sasuke winning is if somehow all the cards line up for him to use Kirin or if Naruto forgets that he's fast. EDIT realistically speaking though Naruto would be all "You die then I die" "I don't wanna hurt you let's make love" And Sasuke would be like "Orochimaru-sama is my only sama! CHIDORI!" "But Sasuke!"
