Another pokemon vs yugioh battle lol, this time the strongest Egyptian god faces against one of the strongest pokemon ever made, does Ra stomp badly?

Giratina was clearly shown to putting better fight against Arceus than both Palkia and Dialga and he did ambushed Dialga that alone should put him at the same realm as the two poke gods.

Mighelnuva@ Well that's how Ra attacks, a beam of light comes that doesn't mean he takes he's strenght from it right?

Giratina's definitely equal to Dialga and Palkia, but I don't see how Giratina did better against Arceus? Dialga went down fast, most likely due to the damage Giratina inflicted earlier. IMO, Palkia did better than both Giratina and Dialga. Palkia was smart and used protect against several of Arceus' attacks, while Giratina just stood there. lol

Hm no, Giratina was appearing and disapearing getting Arcues off guard, Palkia used he's space warp ball the whole time while Giratina was not and received quite some damage.

Giratina used Shadow Force two times. First time when he appeared and tanked the Flamethrower from Arceus and then a second time in the end right after Arceus broke out of Palkia's "space ball".
However Arceus still dodged it and countered with a Flamethrower that put Giratina down. None of them landed a hit on Arceus and Palkia was the one who fought Arceus the longest.

My good friend you should watch the fight again, because is just did, Giratina took actually blasts head on the whole time and catch Arcues on suprise with he's showdow force, he took flamethrower jewelbeam, and hyper beam as well, Palkia took just one flamethrower and he got bounced back by he's own attack, and he's attacks were just two, he's "space ball" I recommend rewatching the fighting parts :) .

I've seen the movie many times, Arceus never used Hyper Beam. Arceus used Judgement, Blizzard, Twister and Flamethrower. Palkia tanked more than one attack and deflected many with protect. Palkia used Aura Sphere but it didn't have an effect, since Arceus changed to Ghost type, so using the "space ball" was pretty much his only option. Besides, Palkia lasted as long as Giratina, even though Giratina pretty much joined half way through the fight.
Giratina never took Arceus by surprise. Arceus detected Giratina before he was even able to appear fully.

Lol, its actually a bit on topic cause if Giratina>Palkia he has a high change of winning :)
The only think Giratina lost was when Palkia and Dialga protected Ash and the others, but Giratina got hit when he come as well, so I don't see how he came "halfway" and also Palkia was getting hit by objects not by attacks, Giratina took Arceus attacks head on and still getting up, attacks not objects.

Lol we overdoing it now.

Two words: Shadow Force. Hah, even Ra better watch out for that...!.....Maybe........possibly....ah who am I kidding? Origin Forme Giratina in Reverse World will likely put up a better fight (dat statz rejig!, Yowch!) , but Ra has this match in the bag.

What even were Ra's full list of abilities? I can scarcely remember the anime & all it says on the card that I own anyway is the blurb "Spirits sing of a powerful creature that rules over all that is mystic.", so yeah.

And I suppose after this Obellisk is gonna duke it out with Regigigas, hmmm?

Palkia and Dialga started fighting Arceus before Giratina showed up. Giratina didn't come until Palkia and Dialga had already gotten hit a few times. Palkia got hit several times by Arceus' attacks.

Pretty much the only reason why Giratina was able to take so much damage, is because it has a s***-ton more HP than both Dialga and Palkia. (150 base hp vs 90 base hp) and due to the fact that Giratina resist Flamethrower.

Mmm. Stats wise Giratina is a dragon tank. Never understood why they gave it such a high base HP stat but I suppose it was to make up for lacking in the other stats.

Yeah, they raised his HP, due to his inferior attack stats. Giratina-A is always used as a great wall (Giratina-O more of a mixed attacker, mono-attacker or offensive Calm Mind user). Dialga is also often used as a specially defensive tank, but can also be hard special attacker. Palkia is never used as a wall or tank, but more as a sweeper, revenge killer or choice specs/scarf attacker.

Arcues owned all three of the gods the same way in the end of the film. I hated how Pikachu did more to Arcues then the gods though. What ever Giratina tires though RA can just counter with Phoenix mode.

Well I agree with these one, that means Giratina could be equal to Palia and Dilaga but unfortunately he still loses to Ra right?
