Not sure where you got that from. He's currently in a feud with the returning Batista so I don't see him going anywhere. |

It's not like he's actually a big deal so it doesn't exactly matter if he does leave. |

It matters to me. He has a lot of in ring talent. I hope he doesn't leave because he is probably the only person, other then Rey Mysterio, who I care to watch. |

A lot of people are having mixed feelings about this and I can understand why. On one hand, Punk left abruptly just before Monday Night Raw was about to air, told author ties that he was gonna go home, and left leaving the writers scrambling what to do next. On the other hand, Punk was beat up and he mentioned in several interviews that he was sick in the last couple of months of 2013 so him leaving is somewhat justified. Personally, I feel that Punk was best staying in the company until his contract expired. That way, he wouldn't look so unprofessional with what he did. If he was really hurt, he could have told the authorities that he needed time off well before Monday Night Raw was about to go on the air. Then again, i'm saying this from a fan's perspective so my knowledge can be inaccurate. Were going to have to wait and see how this all turns out. |

By the end of August, Christian, Rey Mysterio and Alberto Del Rio will no longer be with the company. 4 should CM Punk decide to not return.Of the four, Punk would be the company's biggest loss. I can see why some of these stars are hitting the road as the company is putting too much into the hands of HHH as he makes choices that border on egotistical and arrogant. Add that to the over use of part time wrestlers and poor choices in wrestler pushes. |

Some reports say he'll be at Raw today.
He's stated many times(Along with Zack Ryder and Ziggler) that WWE don't use talent correctly no more. That part timers jump right into the title picture which takes away from full-timers. Also returning "Legends" such as Rock(Who honestly should had just left at WM28 as it was a great return story until they f***ed it up) and Bootista taking away from the younger superstars of today who work their asses off while Rock is never there(Imma Rock mark btw) or Bootista who's a jackass and get gassed after walking to the ring.
WWE got great talents and honestly decent workers on the mic(WWE hold them down. Compare Bryan's Indie promos to his NXT promos). Why Old Age Outlaws are champs? Why Bootista wins the Rumble. Why is HHH to focus of most of the Raw shows? Because HHH is mainly in charge now and Vince isn't as good as he used to be(Hell of a money maker though. He still make just as much money). If you're HHH's friend then he'll put you over and you will be pushed. Look at Sheamus. That's HHH work out buddy. Look at Orton and Bootista. They are HHH made men.
It's not just "smarks". If the Indie wrestlers get over with the WWE crowd then they should be pushed. People aren't afraid to admit that an Indie wrestler isn't over. However if they are then push them. WWE done it in the past. Stone Cold was over as a heel. Now look what happen when WWF listen the the fans. Rock was getting more popular by the second. Now he's a bigshot in hollywood. Eddie Gurrero was over. He won the title. John Cena was over and he won the title. Now all these superstars are over and yet the same damn 5(With maybe new superstars are added if they are friends with the right people OR are way to over to ignore) people are pushed.
No. It wasn't until 2009 that Cm Punk became relevant into the WWE. Then he was losing to R-Truth in dark PPV matches. He had the most heat as a heel(SES) yet he was constantly wasn't in important story-lines. It wasn't until 2011 that Cm Punk name was plaster over big events. That's B.S to say 6 years.
Every Royal Rumble there's an iron-man of the match. Someone who does better than everyone else.
His 400+ title reign was always overshadowed by Cena. John vs Johnny Ace at Over the Limit main evented over Punk and Bryan. For a long title reign he was treated as a mid carded until he turned heel. In which he feuded with Cena and Cena got hurt. Punk only held the title to drop to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson(Don't think of him as THE ROCK anymore). So Punk was just a transitional champion. Taker vs Punk deserved to main event WM. Guess what. During a Q&A Punk said the creative team realize during Johnson vs Cena that Punk and Taker should had main evented. His feud with Johnson was great I admit. Honestly there's only 4 and 1/2 feuds that showcased Punk. Punk vs Cena Punk vs Taker(Second feud) Punk vs Rocky And the FIRST half of Punk vs Heyman. Punk vs Jeff Hardy. The only reason that some of his other feuds was highlighted even if he wasn't champ. Is because HHH was in there and cause Punk from mid 2011 - Mid 2012 was a bigger draw than Cena. Punk sold more clothes and had more signs(Not just from smarks). Hence why he was everywhere. Even as a Heel from End 2012 - Early 2013 his clothes was BARELY outsold by Cena. Once again not just by smarks. He "left" because he feels that WWE is pushing the wrong stars(using the same people and part timers) and that this is Daniel Bryan's time. So why he didn't win the Rumble? Why is he facing HHH instead of being in the title picture. He said this the DAY before the Rumble. Punk most likely wanted to be in the title picture if Bryan could't as Punk is one of the FEW stars that would't be shat on. The others are Taker, Sting(Had he debut), Lesnar, and depending on the crowd Cena.
This also plays a huge factor. Punk I think does more Q&As than other WWE stars.
....Um the Attitude Era ended at WM17. With Austin turning heel. When the belts(WcW and WWF) unified or Royal Rumble 2002 was the Ruthless Aggression Era.
Cm Punk been slacking lately because of being tired. Kinda hate how Bryan keep getting f***ed over tbh. Cm Punk in 2009(During feud with Hardy) and from 2011 - Feud with Lesnar(Mid 2013) was awesome. Every since SummerSlam Punk been hurting(He was brought back WAAAY to early) and been being slugiesh. Also hate that Bryan saying "YES!" every damn promo. At first it was natural. Now it's annoying.
This is much better. ![]()
EVERY WRESTLER PROMOTION DOES THAT. Hate when people say "It's not once in a lifeitme no more". Hogan vs Rock was "One in a lifetime". They had a re-match 1 year later
He kinda is. Mexico loves him. Rey is always hurt and Sin Cara(Hunico) is barely there. Del Rio is for international purposes. Which is why WWE needs him. AAAAAAAND! CM PUNK DID NOT SHOW UP! SOME OF A MUTHA f***A BITCHA! I MISS CM PUNK! Though Raw was great tonight. Seems like Bryan can handle the crowd. Hate how the WWE trolled the fans tonight teasing Punk was there. Just wish he had arrived during the last 5 minutes of the show. Would had been amazing Edited by TheGmGoken, Mar 4 2014, 04:42 AM.
