Well, I didn't mean random as in they look at the member list, close their eyes and point their finger. I meant more that you don't really know you've been chosen until it happens, but I could be wrong about that again.

There is always a chance If you change your attitude though you can go very far Basically the way we choose a moderator is we come up with a list of 'nominations' which is given forward by the current staff team. They all get to say their opinions and then Rogue and I make the final decision; usually based off the other staffs opinions.
