What all could any character of DBZ do to handle one of these if he can? What Super Saiyan forms or transformations should be able to handle this? Would radiation kill any of them? Bulma is never attested to the creation of the heart virus despite both Bulma and the antidote being incredibly important points to the plot. For example Dr. Gero is stated to be the creator of all the cyborgs seen in the manga or alluded to, described as the parent to all 21 cyborgs which of course would include Cyborgs #1-himself+Cell. But Bulma is not alluded to the creation of this cure. Instead it is treated as a creation of Earth's from years later after Goku's death. None of which is noted to have Bulma's inference from. We use real life estimations in DBZ because its the closest thing we have to compare in the manga. If the manga said that the sun's temperature was 250,000 billion degrees, while incorrect in a real life setting, we would take this aspect of the manga and use it. The heart virus is treated as something that is really only a heart virus, a disease that effects the heart. Not something that's related to Saiyans or humans (and considering humans made the virus, we can infer it was because it also effected humans) The heart virus shows us that Saiyans are well susceptible to internal damage from biological factors such as diseases and that their own physical or even immunity system is not enough to counter it.

So whether or not the virus is, its certainly alluded to the possibility.

	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

EDIT: BoDB Roshi destroyed a giant Mountain, and he got stronger from the point where he destroyed the mountain and the 21st TB, and some of you guys think 21st TB Goku > Roshi. That's not normal by any means. Maybe he caught it in space. In the manga, one of King Piccolo's subordinates stated nothing from humans can come even close hurting him. One arc back, RRA had a missile that can vaporize mountains. No atomic bomb can do anything to them DBZ guys.
