When Videl learned how to fly, she was taught the basics on how to use Ki. She even created a miniature energy ball in her hand. Would it have been possible, had she trained hard and studied ki, for to be able to become as strong as the likes of Krillin and yamcha, or even raise her power to at least the 500s . Would she be able to master the kamehamha wave and use techniques such Ki sensing and control, solar flare and the after image technique. The kamehameha wave. Could she do it, or is that Yamcha and Krillin were way more adept at martial Arts then her. It seemed like the style of martial arts where fighters blow things up, use ki attacks and se super speed has become extinct in Videl's generation of martial arts. Also, I think Krillian and Yamcha were especial as the average yuma PL is roughly around 5-15, Muten Roshi was around 180-200 and he was a master. What are your thoughts Could Videl have at least learned to manipulate her ki and sense ki |

I think she might be able to create a ki energy knuckle kind of thing, but not shoot balls as she was mostly seen with Chi Chi, anyway she would continue fighting for justice with gohan so there is a possibility. |

I personally don't see Videl getting much higher than Chi Chi at the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai. According to one of the guides, Chi Chi was 139 when she fights Goku, which rivals Roshi's PL. Videl is a strong fighter, but I don't see her becoming "Z-Fighter" level. |

I can see her reaching Z-warrior level, but the catch is that she'd need to meet circumstances that would allow it. Chichi never had to fight the Saiyans, defend against the Androids, etc. nor was she expected to (and probably wanted to; save when Gohan was threatened). That said, she never trained in the RoSaT, with Kami, King Kai and the other kais, etc. dealing with intense gravity. If Videl did, for whatever reason, then I don't see why she couldn't come somewhere near the other Z-fighters, unless there's some sort of female power-cap rule going. Every non-special human who got really strong had special training with Kami and/or Kaiosama. Kami doesn't exist by the time that we see Videl. I'm not saying that Gohan or Goku couldn't train her, but I don't see either of them giving her the kind of training she'd require to get on the same skill level and conditioning as the rest of the humans. |

Did she create such a thing with her hands in the manga? Even if she did, I doubt she'd be able to make it past the semi-finalists of the 21st TB. She would have access to about the same training as them. Chi-Chi's level was 137 in V-Jump, I believe. But I'm one to believe she got to 23rd TB heights, so that number is far too low for my taste. |

Videl did that energy sphere in the manga. But it was just a bit of concentrated ki, really. She's a good fighter, but one in a human level. I doubt she could defeat Goku at the begining of the series. He picked up the Kamehameha just by looking at Mutenroshi doing it and then desroyed a car. Videl doesn't have that kind of feat. With a lot of training, along with the fact that she has the Bukuujutsu, i think she could eventually reach the power level of that Goku and even surpass him. But she loses to guys like Nam and Panputto. I think she would manage to release some ki blasts, but not powerful enough to knock out strong oponents. |

i think its possible if she dedicated herself to the kame style. If she studied under Muten Roshi, I could see her progressing and becoming as strong as maybe Krillin in the 22nd budokai. For her to get even stronger than that she would have to do challenges such as 'climbing Korin tower', and etc. I do see her struggling with the kamehameha wave. Muten Roshi was an adept matial artist and it took him 100 years to master it. Krillin and Yamcha were just more talented, and Goku, he's a sayian hence he is naturally better at ki. Rememeber she would have to go through the same training and go through the same process as Krillin and Yamcha to get anywhere near to where they are at know .Train under Muten Roshi .Climb Korin tower and back down .Self-study .Train under Kami .Train Under King Kai .Have your potential unlocked by either Guru or Old Kai |

If she studies with Gohan then shes going to end up weak, not much stronger than Beginning of DB Goku, but if she studies under a real trainer like Muten Roshi and do the things AvatarReiko said then she can be at the thousands, tops. |

Videl gets to low tier 22nd at best IMO. A 12 year old Chi Chi was killing dinosaurs so Videl isn't getting past her potential. |

I don't think that Chi-Chi reached her potential. It seemed to me that she just learned the basics of the came style and only did it so she could be good enough so she could meet Goku, plus, she didn't train directly under Muten Roshi, whom was a much better martial artist than ox-king |

Videl was suprised at Goten using a ki blast, at the time I don't think she could do such thinks, and she was also interested to learn how to do that. I believe if she kept training and such she would be able to control her ki, but I can't see her reaching the likes of Roshi who can blow up a moon. I would have her rivalring ChiChi at best. |
