If Kenshin used the sharp end of his sword then he would've killed Shishio but Battousai is probably slower. Besides didn't you do this match up already?

Actually The real winner of that fight was clearly Shishio If kenshin is 10 the shishio is 12 However you can argue about it because kenshin was battleworn but still that guy survived the amakakeru ryu no hirameki
