Well, it was during the wirting of Dragon Ball that Kuririn was first stated to be stronger than Tenshinhan. If you agree that Toriyama should be believed during the writing of Dragon Ball, the you're contradicting yourself.

Only if there are major inconsistencies. Otherwise, this could fast turn into a classic TV Tropes style fandom revolution

I trust Toriyama's statements both during and after the manga. Hell some of the statements he made after the manga was over people was already using them as opinions. But Toriyama made them fact.

Base Saiyans < Freeza. I been using this for years.

Dragon Slayer

false....
okay.

Fact. He said it IN the manga.
Yamcha: Yea your father is the strongest.
Yamcha: Stronger human that is.....

Why are you in constant denial of what author actually said during the writing of his own manga?

Novacane for the pain

No double posting, if you want to add something to your post afterwards then use the edit button.

Anything after he finished writing is pretty sketchy given his poor memory. I think you can go case by case basis with it. If he says something that isn't contradictory then it's fine. But if he says something that conflicts with what is in the series then the manga takes precedence.

I dont have to like it, i said in the other post that if Akira Toriyama said this during the writing of Dragon Ball then I have to agree, i dont like it and personally it doesnt make much sense but i have to (I think i said that at least.. or i meant that)

I don't think there's much reson to disregard a author's statement about his own work if it doesn't contradict the original work. Some statements made in interviews and stuff are really interesting and help solving some problems in a debate.

Whay do you mean with classic TV Tropes style fandom revolution? I am just asking out of curiosity. I know TV Tropes but i never got much in depth into the site.
