Especially when it involves the spine/nervous system.

We don't really know the full capacity of Bobbidi's Majin charm, but I do know that the only time that anyone of them under his control get fatally injured or killed is either by Bobbidi himself or someone else under his control (or suicide in Vegeta's case).

I agree. However, we also need to consider that the only one that we extensively see is Vegeta, and he wasn't fully under Bobbidi's control. The next one up is Dabra, and we have nothing to compare his ability to because we don't see anyone else like him. His abilities also weren't tested extensively. Gohan wasn't really able to get the upper hand on him, or deal really any damage to him.
	The vengeance is her's for as long as she stands by Him.
