Honestly, it wouldn't even change the plot if they were stronger than Frieza at the beginning of the Android Saga (I used to believe they actually WERE stronger than him at the beginning of the Android Saga for reference). True. I was seemingly curious because I've seen so many fight for the humans being at least stronger than Freeza, and at some point I'm just wondering why? They're useless regardless of that.

If they were that strong they would have destroyed 16, 17 and 18 which means Cell cannot transform and then would get stomped by yet another human.
