Potential Unlocks Tiers

So I really like the potential unlocks, and made the topic cause I had some few questions, and I made some kind of a Tier List,its all just my opinion on the subject though

,so far we have those potential unlocks:

-Elder Kai Unlock Ability

-Super Saiyan-Jin 4

-Majin Charm

-Gurus Potential Unlock

-Ultra Divine Water

So I believe I'll start on, with the first tier to be this:

Tier 1:
Elder Kai Unlock Ability

The strongest potential Boost!

I think we all know this is pretty much the strongest potential boost there is, it draws the uses hidden power to its limits, and far above that as well.

Daizenshuu 2

Tier 2:
Super Saiyan-Jin 4

My second potential boost tier, has SSJ4 and Majin charm of Babidis, which pretty much pushes the user to he's upper limitations of potential.

The ultimate Saiyan form!

And the final tier of my list, the one when Goku drank the ultra divine water, and the one both Gohan and Krillin received though the Eldest Namek to increase there strenght.

So after this long post, do you guys agree? I have three tiers from potential unlocks, based only at how they work, if you disagree why? Is it possible that they are all the same?
What would happen if Gohan hypothetically turned Majin?
-Would Majin Base Gohan=Mystic Gohan?
-If Goku turned SSJ4 or Mystic when he was a kid would he get the same boost?
And other examples as well

Not seeing how SSJ4>Majin seeing as how Majin brought Vegeta's hidden power beyond his limits. Whereas the best we have on SSj4 is a dormant power unlock, which is utterly the same. It's just Majin brought him beyond the limits.

Its because I think Majin brought a the user to he's current limits and beyond, that's the only explanation I can found because of Vegetas low boost. I don't think that was Vegetas true potential.

So basically you're saying that, Majin Vegeta=Mystic Vegeta>SSJ4 Vegeta? Lol how small would the power boost been then if he transformed into a SSJ4 instead of Majin?

Thought it was stated somewhere that the Mystic unlock was much more powerful than the Majin Charm, regardless of character.

, was it in the manga or a guidebook perhaps?
Assuming Base Majin Gohan=Mystic Gohan, wouldn't that make Majin Gohan SSJ2>>>Mystic Gohan? Vegeta got he's pitential unlock, and turned into a SSJ2 as well increasing he's power many fold.

It just seems unrealistic that a wizard should have an equal ability to bring out potential.

But this is no ordinary wizard however, he is the son of someone who created a beast like Majin Buu, its not entirely impossimble

. Even though I agree that I have Majin boost as a potential unlock of the fighters current potential.

I'm gonna be the odd one out and here say SSJ4 should be number 1. The GT Perfect Files claim SSJ4 brings one's BP out to it's limits, not potential. Oozaru is not a factor in Gohan's increase. It is for SSJ4.

The Majin spell and Babidi drawing out Vegeta's power are separate actions, not two parts of one.
