Looking at his fight against Gohan , he used all his deadly techniques to defeat Gohan , but couldn't do it , even when Gohan was rusty. Later , when Boo was about to release , he calls Gohan trash and is confident to take him out easily. (The F ? ) I don't know about you guys , but Dabura can't sense any S...

I don't remember any indications of this ability. He's the one that senses the great potential in Gohan, but wasn't sure until they fought Fat Boo. Heck, it doesn't even mean they have any measurement of that power in the first place.

He says nothing about Super Saiyan levels until he sees Gotenks in Super Saiyan 3, and even then, he was under the impression that Gotenks's appearance was a result of fusion and not Saiyan transformation. The only real combative training that we're aware of him doing after Cell is with Goten in the month prior to the Tenkaichi Budokai. And honestly, how much can a six year old throw at you that's going to develop you broadly on a skill set? Not that much.
