The main character of Dragon Boy and Goku were pretty much the same. Raised in the mountains with minimal human contact and had abnormal appendages. The Dragon Boy kid just had dragon wings instead of a tail

It was only released in the second of the three tankobon volumes known as 'Akira Toriyama's Manga Theater'. I think they are selling the same volume on eBay.
