 There is no conclusive feat clearly says they're going lightspeed+. But if look at feats early in the series, then factor in how much more powerful they've gotten since then, then the ssj multipliers, they are faster than light in combat speed. I think in combat speed all of them on that list are faster than light. Travel speed Ssj4 goku and above is faster than light.

 I don't think anybody in Z even got anywhere near light speed, let alone faster than it. GT is another beast altogether, but even then it's questionable when you reach Gogeta and Yi Xing Long.

 Welp time to say this and break it down. We know that physical stats don't scale linearly with the more ki you have. Based on that we do have some conclusive enough for where a certain character is that is in the Boo Arc.

We know that the Speed of Light can travel around the Earth 7x in one second. Now let's take SSJ Gotenks (Pre) whether you go by Anime (Which I'm going to use here) or Manga, it's apparent he doesn't circle the globe 7x in one second. In fact in the Anime it takes him what? 5 seconds to circle the globe 7 or 8 times. Which HAILS in comparison to the Speed of Light. Considering the level SSJ Gotenks was at, at the time. I think I can easily say I don't think any character in DBZ ever surpassed or even got near the Speed of Light.

The resident GT fan!

 Well it depends really. If you mean at flight speed, then only anime Charatcers above SSJ Gotenks have a change, GT Charatcers though powerscalling they are FTL but not Anytging special. Now combat speed wise, I thank Bills from above me for showing those scans, and also anime SSJ Gokus feats as well :)
