No one has ever denied that he got a lot stronger. I don't see what that's got to do with it. Piccolo became strong. But not stronger than Cell. Thats all we know. lol. Chrome Favourite Manga One Punch Man	Even assuming Piccolo's gotten amazingly stronger and wasn't too far behind Vegeta or Trunks, Cell just doesn't care about him. Before Goku then and there, Vegeta and Trunks were the last ones to show Cell some explosive power growth and actually give him a minor challenge. Not Piccolo. So Piccolo's strength, whatever it is, just isn't relevant to Cell and Goku's conversation.

He thinks before the ROSAT: Hmm , I saw them all fighting , so I'm going to get into the damn ROSAT , to be relevant enough. After ROSAT: Hmm , I haven't become strong enough to beat Cell , but I'm still asking myself and Goku , If I think atleast to become strong enough to be almost on that level. You're once again morphing the conversation between Goku and Piccolo on the Lookout. I believe the Base Saiyans to be inferior, but I don't think the Cell Games are any indication of this.

Nah I have Piccolo at Semi Oerfect Cell at least, and ASSJ Vegeta to be realistic, and I don't think with logic Base Saiyans are anywere there, propably over 16 but can't see them surpassing that range .
