Captain Oblivious

I saw the second Hobbit movie a few days ago, and it actually made me pretty excited for the third one. Definitely at the top of my list!

The only movie I'll see in 2014 is probably The Hobbit: There and Back Again.

Novacane for the pain

My hype for the last Hobbit movie will depend entirely on how I react to the next one. Should be seeing it next week and hopefully it's an improvement on the first one. For me the only movies I'm really looking forward to:

Godzilla
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
Spiderman 2
Interstellar (sort of)

And that's pretty much it.

Greetings. I will be your waifu this season.

Yeah Desolation of Smaug is awesome, Benedict Cumberbach done an amazing job with Smaug's voice.
I'm pretty much excited for every movie involving him, great actor.

Interstellar sounds...I don't know, it doesn't sound bad but it doesn't sound like it's going to be that interesting. Think it will need to be part documentary in the beginning and explain just why it's important doubtful people will get it, just think it's some sci-fi movie with aliens and whatnot.

I've always thought it stupid that we neglect space travel, one day we could be looking at a comet or meteor coming to wipe us out and where we could mostly flee to space
We will be this

Sounds like you're not that familiar with Christopher Nolan's work. It's easily going to be one of the top films of the year.
Nolan is at his best when he and his brother are working on something original.

I'm ready for Spider Man 2. The first one really impressed me. I like it better than the last set of Spider Man movies.

The Amazing Spider Man 2 is the only movie of this year actually making me excited. I've always been a massive fan of the character and i think the first movie was one of the best adaptations of his stories. Not sure if i like it better than 2004's Spider-Man 2, but it's pretty close. I think they handled Spidey's character exceptionally well in that movie, making him a bit of a joker. I hope they handle the fact that they are working with so many characters well. Not sure how i feel about Rhino being comic relief. Anyway, my hopes are high for this one.

I am also looking forward to The Hobbit, but not as much. I want to see how they will conclude Smaug's story in the last one. I wasn't quite happy with how it was done in the book, but it looks like this one has more build up.

That's what I liked about the movie the most, Spider-Man's cocky, joker personality. I loved seeing that a lot. I cracked up nonstop.

That's how Spidey should be. The periods in the comics when he acted more serious, mainly the nineties, were the worst for me.

On topic, i forgot about Days Of Future Past. I liked Fist Class, but i think Fox is milking X-Men a bit. Anyway, i will watch it.
