What if humans were wished into being Saiyans?; Funny, Unsettling Thought

My mad mind loves making up stories and RPing them. Just yesterday, I somehow found myself spamming Videl and ASSJ Mirai Trunks in RB2. Why, you may ask? Somewhere along the line, I had to use Videl to unlock crap and, following an aura change, I kinda felt like Videl had undergone a Super Saiyan transformation. And that began a roleplay, even coming up with a small story, and is where this topic finally starts moving....

What if humans could use the Dragon Balls to wish themselves into being Saiyans? And, from there learned to super transform?
What kind of messed up possibilities could we see then?
For the record, I kept going with.the story. Krillin's ASSJ was a modified Nappa. Man that was brutal. And now I have a fanfic idea of using the DBs to turn all humans into Saiyans. It's just such a twisted concept, and I wasn't sure about it at first since Shenron couldn't turn 18 into a human, but I chalked that up to the cybernetics.
What would be the effects of such an action, if regular humans were wishes into being Saiyans?

Think of it as how a Saiyan's entire outfit can change if they go Super Saiyan.

So....His shoes are Super Saiyan 4?

In terms of Canon, I'm pretty sure that would be beyond the Dragons power. I mean, Shenron couldn't even turn #17 and #18 back in to humans and they were part human anyway, I can't see him having the power to turn an earthling in to a Saiyan.

From all of them, Kuririn would be able to hold on the FPSSJ Tiers. However I don't know how it would look line in the case of other characters. Especially Chiotzu who even as a saiyan would not be something special.

I don't think it would be within the Dragon's power to grant that wish.
I mean, he couldn't even turn the Androids into Humans.
That wish probably is just a misunderstood point or a sentence which makes no sense to the Dragon in a way.

My opinions in the "What is DBZ missing thread" seem to come in handy here, because I'm one of those that considers Dragon Ball Online to be "expanded canon", that wonderful fluff that lives on the edge of being canon and not canon. And in DBO, you do get the wish to have a human character become a Super Saiyan, something that I'm sure would contradict everything (save the possibility that your human has an infinitesimal amount of Saiyan blood in him/her, but that wasn't a part of the story). So even if a human cannot wish to be a Saiyan (or even to remove cybernetics from their bodies, something science very possibly could do), it's possible for them to wish to become a... Super Saiyan... hmm.. Maybe it's just the transformation itself, the 50x multiplier, but that still raises continuity problems.

Just a little something. And just to be safe, DBO is considered canon, is it not, as I usually accept it as an expanded canon work.

dbo is not canon. however, the rationale for the "humans" getting the ssj wish is that they are actually part saiyan, just not enough to go ssj on their own.
list of canon sources:

the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga.

list of non canon sources:

everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality.

for those that blindly follow word of god

^ Huh, it's considered canon elsewhere...

This is the problem I've been running into with the Expanded Canon label. Diehard fans one place will say it's canon; diehard fans another place will say it's not. I just label it Expanded Canon and leave the squat.
