WHat is a rival boost, how big is it, how small is it, is it noteworthy, does it even exist! Rival Boost is an unspecified variable, one person here might have rival boost give a 10x, someone might have it give a 1.1x, and then there is the crazy bastard that will give it a 1000x

I will give the rival boost at most 2x times Normall power,so SSJ2 Gotenks rival boost would be on SSJ2 Gogetas level,and SSJ3 Gotenks would be at Buutenks level not much of a change lol
