We already know he's weaker than SSj3 Goku who of course was more or less equal to Kid Boo. Even without the strain, he doesn't have enough skill or power to match up with Kid Boo's abilities.

SSJ3 Goku with full stamina had the potential power to destroy Boo as stated by Vegeta, but essentially his energy drained too quickly for him to get a chance for him to do that. SSJ3 Gohan isn't far behind Goku, him with no stamina issues can take it with extreme difficulty.

The difference in power (small as it is) would be too much IMO.
