Chrome Favourite Manga One Piece	Well ill try to calculate here! So the Vegeta that fought Meta-Cooler was around the same strength as the Vegeta that fought 18, right?? And he was pretty much equal to Goku in the movie! 18 was pounding Vegeta in the end, and so was Cooler! So I say Cooler initial is equal to Goku based on performance. So now lets take into account the 3 year increase! Lets just say this is the x50/x10 cutting point! Ill say at the very least Goku is twice what he was before while Super Saiyan! And since his base form at this point is a tenth of Super Saiyan, his base is about 20% of what his strength was as a Super Saiyan at Namek! With all this in mind, assuming Coolers increase from 3rd to 4th form is proportionately the same as Freeza's, I'll say Cooler can win, and not even with much difficulty! But this used lots of assuming so its probably not that accurate!

Cooler murders Goku IMO,meta cooler>5th form Cooler>>>SSJ Goku Namek,I have 50% Meta Cooler at TEG exact same level as FP Final Form Cooler so even at 25% he still stomps Goku to the ground
