Cell Games Gohan who has had multiple teachers I wouldn't have winning, Future Gohan who never got the chance to train with his father amongst other things just isn't going to taking down Cell. He's got nothing going for him, he may not even have amplification going for him. In short Cell has literally every single advantage in this fight you could imagine.
