Posts: 708 Group: Member Member #9,530 Joined: May 24, 2013	According to what I understand the SSJ4 is not a multiplier , but it is the power limit that can have any level of Saiyan SSJ . therefore: SSJ4 Goku ( Saiyan ) Goku SSJ4 = ( Boo ) = SSJ4 Goku ( Baby) . Goku SSJ4 ( beyond limits ) is a kind of advanced SSJ4 , like the SSJ4 ( born Artificial shape) . So I have : Goku SSJ4 ( Beyond Limits ) = Vegeta SSJ4 (Artificial ) > Yi Xing Long >>>>>>>>>>> SSJ4 Goku ( Natural) . Apparently Goku SSJ4 does not change their level of fight from the Baby Saga , to the fight against Yi Xing Long and only its lower levels ( Base/SSJ/SSJ2/SSJ3 ) if significantly increased all the time. Making increasingly diminished the difference between the Base state and Goku SSJ4 . But I have two reasons to think that SSJ4 Goku ( S17) >>>> Goku ( Baby Saga ) . 1 - . Vegeta in TB just before the Saga ( S17) , Vegeta was thought that the level of SSJ4 Goku ( Baby) . . 2 - When Goku saw from hell to Super 17 (initial) , defeating Vegeta. goku said he had never seen someone fight so powerful. These two reasons make me think : Goku SSJ4 ( S17) >>>>>>> Super 17 (initial) > SSJ Goku ( S17) > SSJ2 Vegeta ( S17) = Goku SSJ4 FP ( Baby) > Super Baby Vegeta Great Ape . Goku SSJ4 FP (Baby), showed superiority to have a good Super Baby Vegeta Great Ape. This SSJ4 Goku (Baby) must be up to SSJ2 Vegeta (S17). They think perhaps that Vegeta SSJ (S17), can defeat Great Ape Baby Vegeta Super? And they think between Goku Base (S17) vs. Super Baby Vegeta Great Ape? If all this theory is wrong, at least I have Base Vegeta (S17) = SBV2 minimum.

Chrome	SSJ4 is generally accepted to be 10x SSJ3. However lets make this even more believable. If you notice the Golden Oozaru is 500x base. Well if SSJ4 is 10x as strong as SSJ3 that would make SSJ4 8x as strong as the Golden Oozaru. What's the difference between SSJ and SSJ3? Oh yes its 8x. It would seem that the SSJ4 does bring out the limits of the Saiyan even further by going off the Oozaru. It takes the full 400x power increase of SSJ3, which is a Saiyans maximum, and multiplies that by the Oozaru which is basically a catalyst for the pinnacle of Saiyan power.

Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball/Z.	I Think SSJ2 Vegeta SD Would Be A Better Fight SSJ Vegeta S17 Gets God curb stomped I Don´t Have Him Much Stronger Than SSJ Goku Baby Saga.

SSJ4 is not generally accepted as a multiplier tgats not possible if its proven otherwise in the series and in the perfect files On topic,we pretty muxh know that Base Vegeta Super 17 arc=SBV2,so SSJ Vegeta at the time is still not quite there on Great ape Baby's level ,SSJ2 Vegeta can rival him though
