"A 15 to a 10 to a 6" is not "a 15.2 to a 10.5 (if you take this statement seriously but Beerus could've been lying to inflate his godly ego) to a 6 (but I might raise it to a 7-7.5 because SSjG Goku was doing such and such better than such and such)," the latter of which is what you'd see on forums like this. I'm pretty sure this was just a random guess on AT's part just to give a little idea of what he thought about himself with the comparison between the two and never actually bothered to make any concrete comparisons using any information.

Beerus is only 10% stronger Goku was using 80% for the first part of the battle. If Goku had been using 80% the entire time then that would make a roughly 45% gap between him and 70% Beerus.
