If Toei can add filler, why can't I? I can say that zenkai is a plausible explanation for Goku being on par with a Pikkon who can apparently take out a suppressed SPC, who I would assume is way above MSSJ Goku.

Chrome Favourite Manga DBZ (only manga I've ever read)	SPC >>> MSSJ Gohan > Pikkon > MSSJ Goku Pikkon only managed to blindshot Cell because first, Cell was most likely suppressed and was never at his full power (evidenced by the lack of lighting or any aurora that indicates he had powered up) and like I said, Pikkon caught him off guard 'cause he came out of no where and if Pikkon was also suppressed, it's possible that his suppression state was > than Cell's. And Goku only beat Pikkon because he noticed that one moment of opportunity that left him wide open and capitalized after that. Goku beating him in no way means he was stronger. Pikkon had the edge during their fight. And it was stated that MSSJ Gohan was stronger than MSSJ Goku and he and Pikkon were close in power, but I don't know how much stronger Gohan was than Goku. Of course this is after the CG. During the Majin Boo saga it's pretty obvious who comes in first place. Edited by ObsessiveFanBoy, Dec 21 2013, 11:26 PM.

You realize that'd put standard SSJ Vegeta leagues above SSJ3 Goku, right?
