FP Perfect Cell. I consider him to be on the extreme low end of SSJ 2 tier. The Z fighters were marvelling over his power when he displayed his true power. That said, he was still no match for SSJ 2 Gohan, but he was still strong enough to worry the Z fighters on 2 occassions. 1. The initial power up 2. His Kamehameha at Gohan -When Cell was firing his KHH, the Z fighters were worried for the earth, despite knowing about Cell's terrible ki amp. It should be enough to warrant him being closer to SSJ 2 Gohan than SSJ Gohan. |

When Cell was about to fire his KHH, the Z fighters were frightened. Cell is known to have Saiyan Saga amp on his ki attacks, and SSJ 2 Gohan was obviously much stronger. They should have known that Gohan would easily be able to counter that attack, but they were still worried. It should prove that he is much stronger than someone like SSJ Gohan. OK. But they were mainly worried for the Earth because if it would have hit then it would have been destroyed & none of them besides Cell can survive in Space. So I think that's the actual reason. Just being overly careful Edited by StrawHatCrew, Dec 12 2013, 12:22 AM.

That is a possibility, but they should really be smarter than that. The reason why they would havebeen scared is because the blast on its own would be much stronger than SSJ 2 Gohan, scaring them. However they should have known that Gohan would counter it. Still, considering that s***ty amp makes his attack much stronger than SSJ 2 Gohan should be enough proof. Saiyan Arc KHH only had ~2.3x amp, which is about what Cell had. If this pushes him over the power of SSJ 2 Gohan by a good deal, then he should be pretty close to him in power. |

What actually says that the KHH is stronger than Gohan? It's mainly a case of if Gohan tried to tank it than obviously the Earth behind/below him would have been destroyed.

The reactions tell us that. They knew Gohan was being a cocky prick, and would possibly try to tank it like you said. Considering him doing something like that would mean the blast would need to be much stronger than him.They are worried about the earth because they think Gohan will let it hit him. They would only be worried about this if the blast was much stronger than him. |

Heck, before Cell did all his powering up he was murkin' on Gohan. I know he really couldn't hurt him and Gohan didn't really want to fight, but it was not like Gohan was Class A tanking everything either. That Cell and Gohan are in that SSj league of power while SSj2 Gohan and FP Cell are both in the range of SSj2 league of power <-- for the reasons SuperSaiyan2 pointed out. |

Also what says that the amp for Cell's KHH stayed the same? I think I remember once Cell reached his perfect form he said something like even his technique(s) would get much better or something like that.

I think that attack amp is overrated and useless, but on topic, Cell murks Gohan. Cell was already winning against Gohan before his power-up |

Yes but gohan wasn't trying that much, as he even said he didn't want to hurt cell, I'd say going by that if gohan put everything into it and left his feelings aside ( still being in ssj ) he would be able to take down true speed cell. |

He could probably manage something nicely. He punched him and made him bleed his own blood. Perhaps he could get a shot or two more in. Nothing really, really special. |

Well....a weaker Cell was kicking he's butt want he?i know Gohan did not want to fight at all,but I consider FPPC been over 1.5x times Cell@Gohan,it was very noticeable to the Z warriors,I don't think Gohan can do this one
