 Freeza gets the exact same transformation that a non haxed Cooler had in M5. Who takes?

The form still is implied to be haxxed ain't it? Even if base Goku isn't 100% Freeza level, Cooler still goes from fighting at a disadvantage to base Goku to swimming through a 20x Kaioken Kamehameha after his transformation. If Freeza gets that kinda boost, at least SSJ Android Arc Goku should be no problem for him.

 Frieza 5th Form stomps so badly here.

Cooler was shown to be around Base Goku pre-transformation. Post-transformation, Cooler flew through a 20x Kamehameha like it was a water slide. We're talking a power boost that's considerably higher than 20x

Goku may be stronger than Trunks who owned Mecha Frieza but neither of those SSJs were anywhere near 10x more powerful let alone 20x.
We Super Saiyans are in a league of our own.

 I have 5th form being a 33x boost. Frieza could take even Suppressed Perfect Cell(Vegeta)by my count

Goku was haxed in movie 5 not cooler
Both were pretty haxed. They were 30 to 50 times stronger than Freeza.

 Well Cooler 5th form is over 20x times stronger than he's fourth form,since he stomped Goku KK 20x times easily,so I can see him reaching very high,much higher than Yadrat Goku at least :)
