 I have King Cold at 90,000,000 and Frieza 70%(Organic) at 98,000,000. Organic Frieza can pull out a win due to greater skill and Mecha-Frieza trashes Cold

 I have no problem putting King Cold at 100 000 000 - 110 000 000, as the Daiz states that he was only slightly inferior to Freeza. Not to mention Freeza considered him as back up on Earth, so he must not be too far from his full power. So for me, Cold takes this fight

 Agreed with SSj2 above. Freeza already knows that SSJ Goku is around his level of power, he's not going to tell his dad to provide back up if he couldn't provide back up.

This is the same case when...oh god was it Zarbon? Tried asking Vegeta for help to take down Freeza and Vegeta butchered him saying such a weakling could never have been any help.

Except Cold isn't a weakling to Freeza and apparently is strong enough to warrant help. In fact with Cold, Freeza's confidence against Goku went from "Probably winning" to "Definitely Winning"

 King Cold would beat 70% Frieza because he's already close to 100% Frieza. I would place him around 120 million and 70% Frieza at 98 million in power.

cold full power=8
70%frieza=7
hence Cold wins but not easily

The resident GT fan!

 I believe King Cold is as powerfull as 90% Frieza in power following the Daizenshuu,and there's no reason to go against it,he wins :)
