I feel like 10-15 is incredibly low, even for Hercule, but I freely admit my knowledge of DBZ isn't as vast as most of the people here. Could someone clear up why his PL is judged to be so low?

I guess I always assumed that the PL of the Farmer didn't include the shotgun, which would make an overweight man PL5, but it sounds like it did if it was rated 5 and Goku was surviving bullets at PL10.

Firefox Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Fullmetal Alchemist, Assassination Classroom, Deadman Wonderland	We also have to consider that feats aren't consistent in the series, and that Mr. Satan getting shot was a considerable plot device, while Bulma shooting Goku wasn't. Goku's survival of the bullet was obviously intended as a gag, and not to be taken seriously like Mr. Satan vs the Gunman. Mr. Satan getting shot and nearly dying was obviously a plot device to initiate the rage split in Boo. Without that happening, there really wasn't a catalyst to further the story. We also need to consider that Goku also was shot by General White, and didn't fair as good as he did against Bulma, and he was considerably stronger against White than he was against Bulma. 	list of canon sources: the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga. list of non canon sources: everything else, regardless of origin, format, or quality. for those that blindly follow word of god

Even if he's pushed up to 20 or 30, that's not unreasonable to me. He was able to shatter a large boulder with his bare hands. That takes a lot more power than 3x an average human.
