Google Chrome Favourite Manga Dragon Ball	This is Cell Games piccolo, if he had gone again to ROSAT, remember he only went 1 day. Would he surpass vegeta/trunks? What power would he acquire? Piccolo is one of the smartest warriors in the series and he realized that he reached the peak of his abilities. Thus it was no reason for him to go for the second time. After first ROSAT trip I put him in the range of 50% MSSJ Goku (based on his dialogue with Goku and Trunks reactions). I don't belive that he would be able to close the gap between him and saiyans even after second trip. At the very best I would put him at the level of Trunks during the Cell games. So it would be like MSSJ Gohan>MSSJ Goku>SSJ Vegeta>SSJ Trunks=>Piccolo (Post second day ROSAT)>Piccolo (post ROSAT). His fight with Trunks would be a tough call. Yet Piccolo superior skill and experience would give him the edge (like in the fight with C17) so I think that he would be able to beat Trunks. Unfortunately he stops at Vegeta who squash him like a bug.

Google Favourite Manga Dragonball Z Dragonball	Semi cell- piccolo stomp Initial cell- piccolo wins Trunks cell games- close fight Vegeta cell games- vegeta wins mssj goku- goku stomps Mssj gohan- wouldn't see much difference from the fight with goku as it's just a stomp Just like mentioned ealier, piccolo didn't see the need for a second trip, thus he might gain only a little, and since I have him just under trunks, after going in again it would be tough to say who would win.

If Piccolo would know that his second trip could push him at the level in which he would be able to beat Goku and dwarf Vegeta and Trunks then he would go there for sure. It is to high. For me it should look like this: SSJ Goku: 2500 SSJ Vegeta: 1800 SSJ Trunks: 1700 Piccolo (post second trip): 1600-1750 Piccolo (post ROSAT): 1400-1500

Well I do t think Piccolo would make nearly the same gains he made in the first rosat,he understood he hit he's limits at the time and he did not insist of going again so that's how it goes Semi perfect cell-He oneshots him as badly as Vegeta could Initial perfect cell.-He should win this Trunks cell games-He beats Trunks Barely Vegeta cell games-I would have them equal,I say 50 with 50% changes to win!depends on who's a better fighter Goku cell games-He loses badly Gohan cell games-He gets oneshoted
