I think that without a doubt she would beat Omega, but I'm not sure how badly.

With her dormant power growing as well.. I can see her getting really strong if it wa all released. Killing the Ultimate is beyond me. Maybe.

Even though her potential really is great,let's also consider the giant power difference bettwen Goku SD and Pan SD -SSj Goku Super 17>SSj2 Vegeta Super 17=SSj4 Goku Baby arc>>>SBV2>>SBV1>SSj Vegito>Base Baby Vegeta>SSj3 Kid Goku Baby arc>>>>>SSj Kid Goku M2>>>Base Goku M2>Base Rilldo>Pan M2=Buuhan So SSj Goku from Super 17 arc is already hundreds of times above Buuhan tier,and multiplier times than Pan at SD,even if Pan does have a higher potential than Goku(a lot actually)there giant power difference can't really get her there IMO
