We're not really sure on how the powerscale works for Namekian fusion, and Kami is only a fraction of Piccolo's power at this point in time. The only other time that we see Namekian Fusion is with Piccolo and Kami, but the result of their power was a special case.
	The vengeance is her's for as long as she stands by Him.

I think Kami generated so much power for Piccolo because of the two halves reuniting. Since Kami is lower than the regular Namekian warriors there, the fusion would be less powerful than a fusion with one of them

Lol sorry I didint make sense I didint meant Nail=Gohan@first form Frieza,I meant at most he's hypothetical fusion with Kami would be there
