Good match.

If you follow the official multipliers, SSj2 Vegeta would only be 2x himself in the Android Arc. I think Kamiccolo's above that by a considerable amount.

SSJ2 Vegeta one shot Piccolo because I use a 5x multiplier for SSJ2. Android Arc SSJ2 Vegeta should be between Android 16 and Initial Semi Perfect Cell.
Super Buu: So, hotshot! You want to fight Majin Buu?
Gohan: Fight you? No. I wanna kill you!

I use the 4x times multiplier formula,so Vegeta oneshots him :)

If you guys are just going to say they win because of your multipliers all of the time, you need to back up your multipliers.

Cannon ssj2 multiplier is 2x.

By my numbers:

Vegeta ssj: 210.000.000
Kamiccolo: 300.000.000
Vegeta ssj2: 420.000.000

IMHO, vegeta stomps.

Have posted my reasoning at the other tread so I won't bother here to :)
But if we are using the SEG multipliers then Vegeta and Piccolo would be equal, however Piccolo should win due yo regenaration and more wise mind :)

Even if we use SEG multipliers here, I don't think Piccolo could win because I place SSJ Vegeta is 1.66x weaker than Kamicollo. SSJ2 would be a 2x increase for Vegeta so he wins.

People need to realize that the series at this point in time is written in tiers. It's simpler for Toriyama to keep track of the power of enemies from a writing standpoint instead of remembering multipliers or numbers that he'd previously come up with.
Stronger enemies and/or stronger forms are one tier above the weaker one, and by official power standards, this would also mean that SSj2 is only 1 tier above the regular Super Saiyan. This would put a Hypothetical SSj2 Vegeta at 18 or Imperfect Cell (Initial appearence) level, depending on amps, rage, etc. etc.

Tier 1:
Base Saiyans, Piccolo (Unfused)

Tier 2:
Super Saiyans

Tier 3:
18, (Hypothetical SSj2 Vegeta), Initial Appearance Imperfect Cell

Tier 4:
17, Kamiccolo

Tier 5:
Imperfect Cell (after absorbing all the people he can), Android 16

I think Vegeta would have this. Characters spend the Androids and early Cell arcs just leapfrogging each other one after another, but I don't think the power gaps in this case would be anything massive. A 2x boost from Super Saiyan 2 is more than enough to put Vegeta well over Piccolo and the Androids. Muh numbahs, for demonstration:

SSJ Vegeta: 280
-- Super Saiyan 2: 560

Piccolo (post-merger): 400

I think Kabooms numbers are work just fine,I never had Kamiccolo above SSj Vegeta by 2x times, since 1.3x times Is enough for an oneshot I don't see any reason to put there difference so much higher :)

personally, i have a 10x ssj2 here, but it doesn't matter. even a 2x ssj2 is more than enough to put vegeta well over piccolo.

#17/kamiccolo 121

ssj2 vegeta 1000

the DB manga, and the Dr. Slump manga as it applies to the crossover during the rra saga.

i have all my ssj form boosts the same. so during the android saga, when ssj is ~10x base, ssj2 is ~10x ssj, and ssj3 is ~10x ssj2.

later on, at the cell games, ssj has shrunk to a little over 3x base, and ssj2 is a little over 3x ssj, and ssj3 is a little over 3x ssj2.

I actually agree with Toriyama using a tier system (albeit, I'd probably argue he'd been using that throughout the series) but I don't agree with your tiers here (especially placing 17 and 18 on different tiers and unfused Piccolo on the same tier as the base saiyans).

With that said, I also would give it to SSJ2 Vegeta here after a hard fought fight. I see Piccolo being close to double SSJ Vegeta but any power advantage (no matter how slight) in a fight between the Z-fighters will have the win leaning towards the stronger fighter more times than not.
