Well I have this spirit bomb 3x times SSj3 Goku,so basically we will have a Goku who is 4x times as powerfull as himshelf,I'm placing Base Gotenks post over 3x times SSj3 Goku,so he wins this

Wrong,Goku was stated to be weaker than SSj Gotenks pre,and Base Gotenks post far surpasses SSj Gotenks pre @Squall the Genki Dama was much more powerfull than Kid Buu himshelf,it was that Goku didn't have enough power to finish the attack but when he did,it was powerfull enough to destroy Buus haxed regenaration
