Master Goukwn has this in my opinion,both of those guys are supersonic speeds,but Master Gouken can destroy a whole city(he's on oar with Akuma,who's capable of doing that feat)while Heihanchi although very powerfull I think he can barely shatter a building

And I think Gouken only rivaled Akuma when he used the power of nothingness.

Keep in mind he is Akuma's brother and that they were trained equally. The only difference is that Akuma went off the deep end into the psychosis that comes with the Satsui no Hadou. I think Gouken has this one beat no matter what.

Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	They were equals after Akuma did the Shun Goku Satsui, Akuma surpassed him with time, anf Akuma noted that his brother used the power of nothingness to survive his attack. Without that Gouken doesnt stand a chance against Akuma.

Heihachi matched both Kazuya and Jin pre Tekken 6 (in Blood Vengence) who both had striking power to shatter Jack, a mini army.

Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	True but it was barely successful, Gen in Alpha 2 countered it completely, from a stronger Akuma, and to top it Gen was ill when he did counter it, and even matched him blow for blow. Gouken~Akuma pre Alpha 2 < Akuma Alpha 2 ~ / ~ Gen (ill) Alpha 2

Daemon I wanted to mention that Heihachi also survived explosions from a Jack army in Tekken 5, which destroyed the location he, Kazuya, and Jin where in.
