Na,I have King Kai at 3.000 myshelf,and the namekian warriors in the same,they were stated in the manga to be at 3.000 if I recall right,so I'm giving it to King Kai he is a martial arts teacher having better skills and tecknqiues to,also he does have the Kaioken tecknique right?

Look at Mr Popo on the lookout, when he was fighting Goku. He's pretty fat, yet Goku couldn't even touch him.

King Kai also seems like he'd be quite slow due to his body mass Well he did say he's Kaioken tecknique surpassed even he's own,so he can use Kaioken I believe Also body mass is nothing,take example of Popo or Fat Buu

Google Chrome	Buu's body can stretch and Popo was much stronger than Goku at that point. In equal powers, the extra body mass will be like Piccolo's Weighted Clothing. I phrased my sentence wrong, I should say "Less Agility" As for Kaioken, King Kai said that Goku mastered the technique he had "only seen in his dreams"
