Sad to say but piccolo isn't really adding enough power to make a noticeable difference. But his intelligence and skill will win him the fight

Super Boo was gonna get merked by SSJ3 Gotenks, while Gotenks wasn't going all out until the last couple minutes of his fusion mind you. Piccolo's intelligence might make him last a bit longer, but the fusion takes it in the end.

But it would be a tough fight since Buuicollo has Piccolo's intelligance. If SSJ3 Gotenks isn't serious then Buuicollo wins.
