Google Chrome	How strong are these two? I'll give my opinion on this, let's start off with Dr. Wheelo. Wheelo is a very weird subject due to his conflicting feats, one moment he gets his arm ripped off by Kaioken x3 Goku, the next, he's easily overpowering him in beam struggle. One possible explanation is that Wheelo, having just been woken up, was getting stronger as time went on. This is supported by Goku saying that Dr. Wheelo is getting stronger when he was rising into the atmosphere. Still, this leaves problems as Piccolo goes on to damage Wheelo's face plate while in the atmosphere. This is the same Wheelo who tanked a Kaioken x4 Kamehameha without a scratch. My explanation, Wheelo is one of the few glass cannon characters in DBZ and is weak at the joints and face plate. This makes sense as they're the only parts damaged until the Spirit Bomb while the rest of his body is unscratched. Combine this with Wheelo's raising power, and him getting hurt and outsped by Kaioken x3 Goku makes sense. TL:DR Dr. Wheelo starts at about 18,000 but quickly rises to 40,000 while flying into the atmosphere. This discounts his weak points, like his joints and face plate. Now, for Lord Slug. Lord Slug is implied to take place after Turles, so Goku is higher than 30,000 and is probably around 90,000. Despite this, Goku gets stomped with ridiculous ease by Lord Slug, only landing one hit that got tanked. Let's analyze the tank, Lord Slugs's head slightly moves but he's smiling through it and the rest of him doesn't flinch. So Lord Slug has a bigger gap on Goku than SSJ2 Gohan had on Cell. Now then, Lord Slug then starts getting beaten up by FSSJ Goku. While Slug is clearly losing, he's able to survive Goku's hits and actually dodge a few of his blasts, putting them closer than one might think. Slug then proceeds to turn Giant, which is probably stronger than FSSJ as Slug was confident in beating Goku despite sensing his ki. Slug then does worse than he did before, getting his hits dodged, flinching from a blast, and getting his Darkness Blaster tanked. Despite this, Goku feels a Kaioken x100 is necessary to kill Slug. How can this be? Well, I assume that Slug got slower when he got larger but how to explain Goku's tanking feat and flinching Slug? I say Goku used Kaioken, if briefly to do this. This makes much more sense than making Giant Slug weaker than regular Slug TL:DR Lord Slug is at about 200,000 and Giant Slug is at about 70,000,000 with the speed of 120,000

We know Movie 4 takes place during the timeline of at least when Goku arrived on Namek, putting his base power to around 90,000. In the movie, Goku achieves the Super Saiyan state and in this movie (and even the title refers to it as "Super Saiyan Son Goku" indicating that as much as people like to call this "False Super Saiyan" this was the intentional SSJ form that Toei had in mind. With that in place, if we use the typical 50x SSJ multilier, SSJ Movie 4 Goku gets up to Initial Final Form Freeza easily. Giant Slug is both stated to be potentially above Freeza and SSJ Goku, from this we can infer that Giant Slug>~SSJ Movie 4 Goku~Initial Final Form Freeza. Using these amplifications and numbers, there is little doubt imo that Giant Slug and SSJ Goku are at the very least, at Initial Final Form Freeza.

For example in the Japanese version of Slug, Kaio-sama directly states that Giant Slug is stronger than Freeza and SSJ Goku. Where of course nothing of the sort is stated in the English Dub version. As for 70,000,000 if your using the 50X SSJ multiplier I assume, its fine, there's enough vagueness left in the movie and outside sources that can put Slug on many levels. While I'm not too sure about the whole 120,000 speed thing that's a different point of view and probably not something I'll try to get into an argument about as most of my knowledge on Movie 4 comes from the dialogue and less from the feats. If there's anything that should be noted, regardless of what your SSJ in movie 4 amp might be and stuff, Giant Slug must be stronger than First Form Freeza.
