I have to say, these Androids were another thing I thought GT did really well. They all had interesting designs, and always wondered about what happened to all of those failures between Ha-chan in DB and no. 16.
These guys weren't in GT, they were in the Super Android 13 movie.
Sorry, I meant GT/movies, brain fart on my part. I lump them all together for whatever reason. I think the way I should probably explain myself is saying "One thing I thought Toei did really well was..." or something like that, I just meant that I liked how non-cannon DBZ brought back some of the less explored ideas/characters from the manga.

Edit - Also, I voted 13 as well, the idea of rednecks in DB makes me laugh for whatever reason. I always thought the guys randomly wearing cowboy hats were funny, too. Also, just curious, would anyone have voted for that final blue form if it had been in the poll? I'd still go with no. 13 personally.
