(KP I'm looking at you). If you can provide some scans of the book, of anything that look important then I may be able to get the translation. Otherwise, book 2 of the Perfect Files is not going to be translated.

The only DB guidebook I actually own is Viz's beautiful release of Daizenshuu No.1, and that's almost entirely just artwork. I'm pretty sure a few other prominent members and staff own one or two of the GT Perfect Files, but I don't think translation of it is really a priority. Plus, odds are that anything worth referencing about character strengths (because let's be honest, why else would anyone on this forum be asking?) has already been translated.
